It was more Overly Proper than Shy, but there were other reasons as well. She overwhelmed him in a way. She was so exotic to him in another way. A magical creature to a magical creature. One he had never met before.

"You didn't have to play host. You could have had me put out on my horn instantly, and I would not have fought you about it." He told her simply. He did inch a bit closer, fingers digging into the comforter on the bed, pulling himself up so his chest was on the bed, closer.

"I do want something, but perhaps it is not food." He said with almost a deep purr of sound from his throat. His hand reached out to take her wrist, pulling t her a bit as he seemed to have slithered up more onto her bed.
