[She liked this Oda. Grinning at the invitation, Sombra closed the distance and sat right next to him.]

I thought of you, y’know?

[Her voice is quiet, just for the two of them as she rests her hand on his thigh under the water.]

When I was alone and lonely…

(despite his temporarily cavalier attitude (maybe his vacation is actually helping him unwind), oda still finds himself flushing at sombra's confession. he sets his jaw, trying to decide how to reply.)

And what did you do with your thoughts of me?

Your hand on my throat is pretty good inspiration, I won’t lie.

[Turning to whisper into his ear, she continued.]

I wondered what your mouth would be like, how you would taste…

[Her touch drifted a little higher.]

Wanna know what else I thought about?

(oda supresses a shudder but makes no move to stop her. yet. he knows better to move things to his room if she pushes too far here. he tilts his head to catch her lips in a half-kiss, half-bite.)

Tell me.

[Sighing against his lips, Sombra drifted her touch just the slightest bit higher.]

I could.

[Pulling away slightly, she gave him a self-satisfied smirk.]

But then again, I could just show you.

You could, (oda concedes but considers if now is when he need stop her. even if they are alone there are bath attendants nearby and the last thing he wants are rumors to start.)

Not here.

Not here.

[She echoes. Sombra makes a show of pouting, settling back into the water as if they hadn't been moments from doing something scandalous.]

Then I guess I should come back to yours.

I would say...I have been adequately wooed. (he declares, smiling slightly.)

Do you wish to spend more time here or...?

[She hums in thought for a moment, before looking back towards the entrance.]

I think I'm sufficiently relaxed. Shall we?

(oda nods and stands in all his naked glory to wade back towards the water's edge where he had left his towel neatly folded.

this is not like him. not usually. even having been together before...but there is no denying that despite how she vexes him sombra has a definite allure.)

I will wait for you after dressing, (oda advises, glancing her way as he towels dry.)

[Sombra doesn't bother hiding the way her gaze rolls over him as he exits the water, recommitting his tattoos to memory. She exits not long after him, drying with her own towel.

She knows it's likely an outlier, considering that Oda is on vacation but she finds herself a little enamored of this more confident side of him.]

(he flashes a smirk, nodding as he breezes back through the curtain into the dressing room.

oda wills himself not to overthink. it is a casual matter, not unlike the first time. and she is not contracted by arasaka this time which goes a ways to making it all feel less complicated. he dresses meticulously into his casual fare: a black button-down dress shirt, slacks, and a red and black patterned haori. one satisfied with his reflection oda exits the spa area and waits just as he had said.)

[Sombra returns to her section of the dressing area, acutely aware of the butterflies this situation was causing. After the pool's warmth, her backless dress left her feeling a little exposed. Worth, if Oda's looks and manners were any indications, but something about this felt a little different. She was glad she didn't have to worry about working the next day.

Exiting the spa area, she flashed a smile at Oda.]

You know, vacationing looks good on you.

Mm. If you say so. (oda replies dismissively. he is glad their paths crossed, though, so he would not feel his evening was wasted. he offers an arm politely as they walk towards the main set of elevators.)

I dislike the lack of structure.

[ Taking his arm, Sombra snickers at his response, too entertained by his dislike of doing nothing.]

Of course, you'd complain about being off.

[As they approached the elevator, she gave Oda a sly look.]

Y'know, I'm not going to make it easy for you this time.

Is that so? (one pale brow raises curiously as they enter the elevator and he punches the number for the upper floors.)

And my having to physically pick you up was "easy"?

Not like I struggled.

[Recalling how easily he'd tossed her to the center of the bed after her little show of defiance, calling it gentle of all things brought a little flush to her cheeks.

She eyed the panel displaying the floors as they rose and was reminded that she was fooling around with one of Arasaka's best, point blank. Leaning against the wall of the elevator, Sombra looked at him hungrily.]

Would that really have made any difference? (oda teases dryly. sombra can hold her own if needed but comparatively she is a waif.

the ascent is smooth and he can feel her eyes on him. were it not for her knowing his sense of propriety oda is certain she would have already made an advance. the elevator doors slide open and he leads sombra out into the hall towards his suite, her chance passed.)

[Sombra rolls her eyes and huffs a little when Oda doesn't make a move. She knows that his propriety tends to win, but she thought with a little privacy that he would have been emboldened. Still, she followed his lead, especially interested now they were so close to his room. She teases him.]

Will I have to be quiet again?

No. Not this time, (oda finds himself smirking again; how loud would she be if uninhibited? they come to his room and with a swipe of biometrics the door wooshes open.) Unless you annoy me.

[Sombra made an exaggerated shudder, undeterred from her present course. Following into the room, she let off a quiet whistle, impressed.]

Okay, yours is nicer.

(oda ushers sombra in and makes certain the door shuts securely behind them. closing the distance between them, honestly ignoring her comment about the room, he crashes against her with an urgent, biting kiss.)

You think I do not notice...how you look at me? (he exhales at the corner of her mouth.) Trying to tempt me, hm?

[They meet in a kiss that nearly feels violent and at the feeling of his teeth, Sombra makes a pleased hum.]

Finally. [She kisses him again, biting his lower lip.]

I’d say it’s working.

(she is not wrong. the fire in him is more readily stoked, certainly. there is amusement to her bite; would she dare to break skin?)

You will show me what you thought of in lonely nights.

[In retaliation, Sombra runs a hand into the fall of his hair and pulls.]
